Rum & Thatch opens in Jacksonville on Monday, August 24, 2026. Northeast Florida is the first chapter: monthly Mixers at the city’s tiki and tropical rooms, Driftwood Socials on the beaches at golden hour, and Ember Nights at the cigar lounges out toward Ponte Vedra Beach.
